Measure work pieces with straight edges, tape measure, scale, or templates to ensure conformance with specifications. Weld steel, aluminum, invar or other alloys. Clamping, holding, tack-welding, grinding or bolting component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Able to read blueprints and weld symbols Maintains continuity
among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Documents actions by completing production time sheets.
