organized and detail-oriented individual for the position of Accounting Project Manager. In this client-facing role, the chosen candidate will engage with franchise owners and brokers, taking charge of the SBA process for our franchise owners, overseeing the onboarding of new owners, nurturing relationships, and maintaining Net Suite for our broker relations.

Responsibilities: Net Suite: Creating Customer Card Creating Initial Sales Order for Franchise Fee Creating initial invoice package for all HPB Entities Recognizing deposits against sales

order / invoices Revenue arrangement creation / checking (possibly, as a part of month end close procedure) Open invoices relating to a signed franchisee Broker Bill Creation Broker Bill Payment SBA Process: Managing the information needed from Fran Fund/Benetrends, coordinating with the Director of Ops and the Brands regarding where Zees are in the process, coordinating with Brokers on where Zees are in the process Financial Onboarding Process Zee W-9 Zee Bank Account Information HPN Operations: Broker/Client relationship management Ability to communicate with financial lenders on behalf of company.

Summit Night Sign and Pays Streamlines onboarding process. Required Qualifications: Minimum

of three (3) years of experience in Account Manager, Broker, or Project Management position.

Associates or bachelor’s degree in business management Accounting/Finance preference Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. An analytical mind with good organizational skills. Additional Qualifications: Previous Small Business Loan (SBA) experience Working understanding of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) as determined by successful completion of third-party backssment. In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principles, and financial analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
