The FMI Internship Program is offered to students currently registered in a degree program. It is a 10-12-week summer commitment, full time of 40 hours/week. Interns will gain a greater understanding of FMI through challenging project-based work, Lunch & Learns with leaders, and the chance to connect with all employees by attending many other company-wide events and forums. Prioritize deliverables to support daily operations. Create and collaborate on data visualizations to drive better decision making. Review workflows to identify areas of opportunity. -- Manage short term duration projects as assigned. Collaborate and problem solve cross-functionally. Create documents including presentations, spreadsheets, and resource pages. Other operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's

degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or Natural Sciences Preferred Qualifications Experience with and working knowledge of office support software, including the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Experience in an Operations or Quality Management environment Experience in a Lab-Regulatory environment, in a Lab or clinical setting Experience in a Data Analysis environment Experience with process improvement or lean management Experience with Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack Experience with Data Analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau Demonstrated ability to function independently with competing projects-- Working knowledge of the following regulations: FDA, ISO, CLIA and CAP Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of HIPAA and importance of patient data privacy Commitment to reflect FMI's values: Patients, Passion, Innovation and Collaboration #LI-Hybrid
