Primary Responsibilities We are currently searching for a Senior Structural Project Engineer for our Los Angeles office, who will report directly to

the office Structural Lead. The position has both an internal focus and external focus. The primary external duties include: represent HDR in the engineering community and participate in speaking engagements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships. Attend project interviews and help craft project proposals. The primary internal duties include: Serve as a technical expert with recognized authority in structural engineering as it relates to projects, and resolve complex problems of great scope. Plan, organize and supervise work of junior staff of professionals and technicians while providing mentorship. Lead project teams in the execution of work. Additionally, Senior Structural

Engineer needs to be a conceptual thinker who can engage with our architectural designers at the early stages of projects to inform the conceptual design.

The expected compensation range for this position is $115,276.00 - $164,680.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
