And together, we're redefining the future of aerospace. We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to work in Sterling, VA in a hybrid role. Note: This position is contingent on a contract award. As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our software products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring

successful completion of SW development resulting in product(s) that has completed Software Integration Testing and is ready to proceed to formal validation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with other engineering stakeholders to design, implement, and validate completion of the software product(s).

Job Responsibilities : Object-oriented Java programming Ability to design, develop, and maintain new software functionality. Ability to work with previously written code and make modifications as necessary. Ability to work closely with other disciplines (systems and test engineers) to troubleshoot and fix problems. Enthusiastic and energetic performer able to work

in a dynamic, fast paced, and sometimes pressured environment. Team player incorporating a team-based success philosophy.

Contribute to the completion of program and project milestones under the specific guidance of his/her immediate supervisor. Ability to follow established SW processes and procedures, development, documentation and maintenance/management of operations concepts, requirements (software level), external and internal interfaces, and other software engineering work products/artifacts. Agile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Agile process ensuring agile methodologies are followed. Required Qualifications : Minimum 5 years working experience in object-oriented software design and development using Java.

2+ years working in an Agile environment. Understanding of SW fundamentals and SW development lifecycle. Experience with Requirements derivation and testing. Experience with software execution throughout the entire software life cycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases). Software and system-level debugging experience including the ability to identify problems in established code and make modifications as necessary. Debug existing software and correct defects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions. The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued secret security clearance is required. U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Front-End Web Development using modern technologies including Vue.

js, JS, HTML5, CSS3, Node JS, React, other. Experience with Apache Ni Fi, Bootstrap, Database technologies (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo, Elastic Search, etc.). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud. Experience with Kafka, REST Api, Web Socket, DDS. Experience with ESRI. Experience with the Linux shell scripting, python, perl and basic CLI tools such as grep, awk, sed, ssh, & scp. Experience with marshalling/unmarshaling XML/JSON into POJOs. Experience and knowledge related to software discipline process development and deployment (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall).

Experience with code analysis tools such as JUnit, and Coverity. Experience related to ISR Satellite Ground Systems and/or UAS Ground System Operations. Experience with subcontractor interaction (ability to work directly with subcontractor engineering teams). Experience integrating software (modules, components, subsystems, COTS, FOSS). Experience preparing and presenting status information and technical material. Experience working on an Agile Scrum team. Experience with UML design modeling in modeling tools such as CAMEO, requirements tools (DOORs), Configuration Management tools (Git, Subversion, Artifactory).

Security clearance (S or TS) Willingness to travel CONUS 10% is a plus.
