and government agencies. • Coordinate and monitor the bid package process, ensuring comprehensive quote coverage. • Assist in the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of project billings (draws) from start to finish.
• Activate and maintain accurate project files, including logs for AIA change orders, pending change orders, permits, submittals, RFI’s, etc. • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, actively managing project timelines. • Attend project meetings, contributing to effective communication and collaboration within the team. • Maintain close-out documents for project completion, including O&M manuals. • Uphold our commitment

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in the construction industry. • Familiarity with Primavera Scheduling, Sure Trak, MS Project, Timberline, Asta Powerproject, and CMi C is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
