related civil design to join our team in Tucson, AZ. You will assist the Project Managers and utilize your expertise to contribute to the planning and design activities with the delivery of multiple projects for public agency and private clients while working in a team-oriented setting and interacting with clients on transportation and public works projects.
Under limited supervision, providing support to project team for all necessary design services, direction, coordination, and follow-up on the work duties assigned to ensure high quality deliverables are prepared, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction exceeded. Responsibility Highlights for our Project Engineer / Civil Engineer - Transportation/Public Works Executing technical tasks and deliverables, and coordinating a broad range of assignments requiring previous experience on transportation projects (i. e. intersection/roadway widenings, highway widening, interchange, bike trails/paths, etc. ) Design efforts will be concentrated in transportation engineering which may include research & analysis, engineering studies, street and highway design, design of pedestrian and bicycle facilities, construction sequencing/traffic control design, signing/striping, and utility coordination Coordinating with sub-consultants and internal project team members Represent Psomas by assisting with meetings with clients, preparing and delivering presentations Provide direction and mentorship for younger engineers Minimum Qualifications to be our Project Engineer / Civil Engineer - Transportation/Public Works Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Arizona 5-10 years of experience with skills to navigate multi-disciplined engineering projects Working knowledge in roadway design software utilizing Auto CAD Civil 3D and/or Micro Station/Open Roads Strong technical knowledge with proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, specifications, and computations Current knowledge of local public agency codes, design standards and procedures We're a fun, rewarding place to work!

Responsibilities: Experience in working with inventory software and being able to maintain accurate inventory records in the system. Assist in the shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing
supplies, materials, products, and sales/purchasing order creation. Perform inventory investigation for damages and conformity to purchase order specifications and packing slips; notify supervisors regarding shortages, damaged goods, or other discrepancies.
Assist Project Manager in preparing reports, collecting paperwork, and coordinating between maintenance and construction employees as needed. Work on Internal reporting to track project time and hours spent. Complete receiving, discrepancy, and follow-up reports on inventory. Along with techs, maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe, and hazard-free manner. Report any safety concerns or hazards to management in a timely manner.
Recommend and, upon approval, implement proper storage, inventory, and warehousing procedures and improvements in warehouse efficiency and maximum space utilization.
Responsible for Bill of Materials & Kitting materials per a Work Order System- training will be provided. Responsible for cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy in the Inventory Management System. Maintaining accurate files, paperwork, data entry, and processing.
