We are currently looking for an innovative and driven Source to Pay (STP) Functional Lead to join the existing team and contribute to all future business objectives. The STP Functional Lead role will report directly to the STP
Product Manager and be an industry expert in their functional area. The Functional Lead will be guiding a group of analysts, both internal and external, in the work that needs to be done.
They will also provide feedback on the performance of the contracted resources and raising the resource adjustments either up or down. Key Responsibilities Strategy Deliver roadmap validation in collaboration with Principal Architect and Product Manager. Provide support to the Product Manager(s) for Business Stakeholder Engagements. Provide architecture validation and development roadmap for new capabilities. Assist in ongoing support for demonstration of existing product capabilities in alignment with
Business Continuity Planning strategy deliverables. Plan & Foundation Support the Product Manager(s) in the ideation and discovery process.
Identify risks and capture them in Microsoft Azure Devops (ADO). Provide support/expertise in decisions for core master data. Participate in process mappings that can be supported from the underlying solution. Identify Key Design Decisions (KDDs), provide support in prioritizing and resolving KDDs. Design & Build Provide guidance to analysts on solution design; ensure configuration adheres to best practices and standards. Participate in Design & Build workshops and ensure creation of User Stories to capture and support business requirements.
Provide feedback on backlog items to identify dependencies, risks, etc. that would affect the prioritization. Ensure collaboration with other functional teams to ensure dependencies and impacts are identified and addressed. Enhance & Support Actively work with the super user network (SUN) and support specialists. Leverage information from system(s) to evaluate proposed solutions. Coordinate with Training Lead to finalize Training Plan Provide support in analyzing the impact of upgrades to existing functionality and potential for new functionality. Typical Education Bachelor's degree (B.
A. or B. S. ) from 4 year college or university Relevant Experience 8+ Years of proven experience as a lead SAP Functional Analyst or lead IT Business Analyst in relation to Source to Pay processes and underlying SAP capabilities is required. Proven knowledge of the SAP Fiori elements and how to drive standardization and re-utilization of elements in a quest to develop a common UX repository is preferred. Working knowledge of the new Fiori tools is preferred. S/4HANA experience is preferred (1809,1909,2020). Good understanding of various integration patterns between SAP products and non-SAP Products and when to utilize these patterns when enabling a business process is preferred.
Proven knowledge of Celonis (process mining technology) within Source to Pay optimizing performance and business process standards. Good understanding of the development lifecycle utilization of SAP Solution Manager and how it will be utilized in a Dev/Ops environment is preferred. Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is required. Proven experience in a leadership capacity where the team delivered solutions utilizing an agile methodology is required. Excellent troubleshooting and verbal and written communication skills is required.

This role will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple complex capital projects (typically $2MM - $50MM) under direct supervision from the Engineering Project Manager.
