This position will primarily be located in Chantilly, VA and will support the Falkor Program Team within the SIGINT
Technology Center's (STC). The STC is where technology and teamwork come together to meet the unique needs of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
The STC is comprised of multiple mission-focused programs with projects ranging from Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) SIGINT payload and data link development to OCONUS/CONUS mission/maintenance support. STC tasks include system design, engineering development, system integration, hands-on build and test, field operations and maintenance, training, and production. The selected individual requires expert level software development skills and will be responsible for leading design teams in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, and test.
Candidates should have a solid foundation with best practices in software design, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deliver (CI/CD) tools and processes, and object-oriented programming. Candidates should be familiar with the Agile methodology of software development. Candidates should be comfortable interfacing with customers and vendors regularly and flowing down requirements to the software team. This position requires onsite work at a customer location in Northern Virginia approximately twice a month.
