Responsibilities: - Lead a large technical team and act as a " leader of leaders. - Set and own goals, OKRs, and develop delivery plans. - Lead the definition of new capabilities, guide technical architecture, and oversee technical needs spanning people, processes, and technology. - Collaborate with business leaders to shape and prioritize initiatives. - Manage diverse stakeholder expectations regarding progress towards delivery. - Demonstrate strong technological expertise and ability to understand architecture, identify issues, and ask the right questions.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree. - At least 7 years of experience in software development. - At least 5 years of people management experience. - At least 2 years of experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree. - 2+ years of experience with data streaming. - 2+ years of experience with event-driven architecture. - 1+ years of experience building and deploying serverless applications.
