oversight of the Bank's sales function to include Business Banking, Retail Banking, Cash Management, Mortgage Banking, Private Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management. Other responsibilities include overseeing all sales-related activities such as monitoring performance toward sales goals and targets, effectiveness of business development activities and compliance with a defined sales process; monitoring compliance with all policies and regulations; and coaching and managing direct reports to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and delivery of resources necessary to support strategic initiatives.
Successful candidates will have eight to ten years of banking experience with proven
sales, business development, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and skills equivalent to the completion of a bachelor's degree is required.
