not limited to: Efficiently, effectively and accurately performs teller transactions and assigned functions including, but not limited to, processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, corporate drafts, money orders, cash advances, check orders and address changes.
Help protect the Credit Union against fraud and other losses. This would include, but is not limited to, identifying counterfeit currency, examining checks presented for negotiation, verifying endorsement, receiving proper identification and placing check holds when necessary. Actively cross sells and refers the Credit Union products and services. Fully knowledgeable of all Credit Union products and services; knows features
and benefits, how to identify sales opportunities, can troubleshoot and assist with any and all of the Credit Union products and services. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch including, but is not limited to, daily balancing of the vault and TCRs, ensuring the balancing and operation of the branch's ATM, assisting the Tellers with check approvals, overrides and answering of questions.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned and completes in a timely manner. Projects the image of someone who is ready, willing and able to help, has a positive/take charge attitude and is always willing to teach and coach teammates. Follows established policies
and procedures of the Credit Union; reliable and dependable to promote member service and satisfaction.
Assists in developing staff's product and procedural knowledge. This individual must have great communication and organizational skills , exceptional sales abilities, good computer skills and the drive to help their members and teammates anyway they can. Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience cashing is preferred.
