What you'll Brew: Act as the voice of the brand on the front lines with drinkers by responding to every tweet, DM, Instagram comment, and more in real-time Drive consistency of our brand voice and personality on social media by delivering quick-witted, creative, and on-brand responses (text, GIF, emoji, and more) to drinkers Build long lasting drinker and fan relationships, growing social media communities
as a result Develop new and innovative ways to foster conversation and engage with our brand's communities, and work cross-functionally to design campaigns inclusive of 1:1 drinker engagement Collaborate with the Social Media team on reporting across social media touchpoints Work with Consumer Relations team to ensure consistent customer-facing communications across channels, drafting social media-friendly messaging for initiatives like new product launches, programs, and FAQs Capture consumer insights and create weekly and monthly reports on social media community management efforts, trends and opportunities Curate user generated content and support broader Social Media team with execution

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing, optimizing, publishing and maintaining high-quality content across our website, ensuring that visitors to our site have a seamless and positive user experience.

Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications and Editorial Content, this position will work closely with leadership, faculty, enrollment marketing, academic services, the industry partnership team, and the development office to create content that effectively and persuasively shares the Khoury College
story and engages visitors to join us in our mission of CS for everyone. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute web editorial content that is clear, engaging, and amplifies the College's mission of CS for everyone.
Proactively write and manage content; taking ownership for quality and accuracy Participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, writing, building, testing and ongoing management/refinement Develop content strategy frameworks, editorial calendars, editorial/brand guidelines, content models, and publishing workflows. Work collaboratively with the Web, Social and Creative Media teams to produce and publish compelling content
Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 5 +years of writing and editing experience in a similar content management/digital production role, ideally for a website or equivalent Experience in a content management system Superior proofreading and copy-editing skills Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization Familiarity with content strategy and messaging frameworks/best practices, SEO, and associated tools (e. g.
