Our mission is to innovate to create solutions that empower clients to drive sales and awareness. You are: The onsite Art Director will be responsible for developing concepts and creative ideas for photography projects across multiple platforms and will be hands-on in executing those ideas.

Must have a strategic mindset to approach every project with a robust design aesthetic and a keen sensibility for messaging and communication that will best answer client's marketing/business objectives. In addition, the Art Director will help direct and maintain the standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability of a project. The ideal candidate

should have multifaceted art direction experience with a diverse portfolio including consumer goods, fashion retail, luxury goods, travel and technology working with motion graphics, photography content, video content, digital content, and print material.

This candidate must also be a self-starter, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working in a Studio where priorities shift daily, this candidate must be able to adjust to changes regularly and must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done. The work: Develop and maintain a strong creative and design benchmark Provide direction, help manage workflow and oversee the development of the project

assigned Keep ahead of the curve when it comes to being informed on industry trends Develop strategic creative solutions for motion graphics, video, 360 campaigns, branding systems, social video campaigns, e-commerce, and packaging Proactively manage time and deadlines Develop big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between brand and consumer, and supporting those ideas with thorough research Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production for assigned photography projects Partner with the Creative Director, account managers and project manager to manage senior-level clients Provide proposals and creative strategies for video, design, social activations that take brand creative to the next level Build relationships (internally and with clients) and collaborative leadership skills Concept leader and ideation end-to-end independently, including typography, writing and design Here's what you'll need: A least 5 years -of hands-on photography art direction in studio and location environments A current portfolio with at least -5 -years of professional work Bonus points if: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Arts/Creative program Ability to lead an on-set team of creatives including photographers and stylists Experience with multiple categories from home to apparel Experience working on-set with clients present Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task Proven ability to succeed in a large, fast-paced, creative organization Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion Effective communication skills Technology fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator), After Effects, Premier and any other motion graphic and video software is a huge plus Strong attention to detail Strong design experience Travel - For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
