The team is comprised of Process Designers who consult with Process Owners to promote the use of sound process management tools and techniques and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
Through collaboration with WMO Senior Leaders and Process Owners, WMO Business Controls, Change Management and Project Delivery, a process design consultant on this team will: Support Process Owners in building and maintaining comprehensive process documentation to
enable decision making, provide proof of regulatory compliance, and to sustain continuous process improvement Promote and facilitate the use of process management principles and tools to backss processes and aid in the identification of process improvement opportunities Manage the pipeline and continuous refinement of process improvement opportunities to build compelling business cases that allow leaders to understand the benefits, costs, and justification of implementing change We are working to strengthen our own internal ability to provide this consultative service to our Process Owners and are looking for a process improvement professional who has experience using process management tools
