Excellence program within the organization. The team drives ideation, backssments and opportunity management, client experience strategy, business case development, and Single Process Inventory (SPI) oversight and Process Owner support. The team is comprised of Process Designers who consult with Process Owners to promote the use of sound process management tools and techniques and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.

Through collaboration with WMO Senior Leaders and Process Owners, WMO Business Controls, Change Management and Project Delivery, a process design consultant on this team will: Support Process Owners in building and maintaining comprehensive process documentation to

enable decision making, provide proof of regulatory compliance, and to sustain continuous process improvement Promote and facilitate the use of process management principles and tools to backss processes and aid in the identification of process improvement opportunities Manage the pipeline and continuous refinement of process improvement opportunities to build compelling business cases that allow leaders to understand the benefits, costs, and justification of implementing change We are working to strengthen our own internal ability to provide this consultative service to our Process Owners and are looking for a process improvement professional who has experience using process management tools

and techniques and can also coach and train their peers.

Key areas of focus for our new team member include: Coach Process Owners to continuously Understand, Manage and Improve processes leveraging the best practices in process improvement Perform process backssments to evaluate current state, identify pain points, develop target state process solutions, and build compelling business cases Provide coaching and training to peer process designers to strengthen the Operational Excellence program within WMORequired Skills: 5+ years of process design experience including process, people and technology design Expert ability to document process flows from conceptual design to detailed design using Visio, ARIS or comparable process mapping tools Proficient to expert ability to backss process performance by applying Six Sigma, Lean, or other statistical analysis 3+ years of strategic planning experience including multi-year / multi-generational plans and business cases Proficient ability to communicate the business value, program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, Process Owners, and others so they understand and adhere to the business strategy Proficient facilitation skills, able to lead and influence cross functional teams Avid learner comfortable navigating new situations with high degrees of complexity Proficient to expert with MS Excel to conduct data analysis that yields new process insights Expert with MS Power Point to construct and deliver presentations that enable others to grasp and embrace new concepts and outcomes Possesses a basic awareness of technology capabilities Desired Skills: Six Sigma Black / Green Belt certification Process Owner certification Experience managing or supporting operations Wealth Management Operations Financial Services Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
