Worker to begin wk 04/01/20-12/25/20. Work done in multi work-sites in Tulsa Counties (Broken Arrow, Owasso, Tulsa, Sapulpa & Claremore). Employment provides transport from business to work-sites. A single worker work used to compute wages. Workers paid weekly by check. All deducts from workers check required by law will be made; FED, Social Security, Medicare & State. Employment guarantee to offer work for hours
equal to at least ¾ of work days in each 12-week period. Return transport provided if worker completes working period or is dismissed earlier, employer provides or pays workers reasonable costs of return transport & subsistence back home or to the place worker originally departs to work, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employ with another employee.
Amt of transport pmt or reimburse will be equal to the most economic & reasonable common carrier for distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of $12.46 per day during travel to a max of $55.00 per day with receipt.
