Support of Customer/1 application Develop technical Solutions from High Level Business problems Requirements Gathering Functional Analysis Development of User Acceptance Test Plans Development of Post-Production Verification Requirements Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers Support analysis of production events as needed Support the development and review of training materials and participate in the implementation of the training as appropriate Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 8 yrs in business requirement application design and functional solutioning A minimum of 8 yrs of Customer/1 application analysis, design or technical programming development, focused on Billing
