Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for our clients by creating scopes of work, building staffing plan(s), providing subject matter expertise, and supporting sales efforts.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements. Provide subject matter expertise on various technologies, including data, analytics, AI/ML cloud computing, networking, and security. Develop proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy. Support our customers by authoring reference architecture,
demo applications, whitepapers, and other similar content. Engage with the technical community (both internal and customer) by leading workshops, seminars, and meetups.
Work with delivery team and the broader technology team to validate cost and scope of solutions. Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. Work with the Account Executive, to form successful relationships with Health Sector clients to provide technical and business value. Help our customers achieve tangible outcomes and realize value by establishing a clear architectural vision and identifying compelling use cases. Work Experience 10 + years of experience in a solutions architecture or a similar role for large complex government implementations.
Direct experience developing, selling, and delivering to some of the Federal Healthcare customers such as HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA etc. Experience designing and implementing architectures within a private or public cloud using Agile and Dev Sec Ops principles. Experience working in a customer-facing role for Federal Health Agencies such as HHS, NIH, NCI, CMS etc. Experience leading the development of solutions for proposals and a strong technical background. Experience in authoring demo applications, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
Job Skills Familiarity with Health care related data standards such as HL7, ICD etc. a plus. Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with " consultative selling" is essential. Fast learner that keeps themselves updated with the latest technology trends, especially in the public health sector. A customer driven focus and the ability to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship building skills and able to act as an advisor or liaison.
