and customer-oriented Engineering Lab/Facility Manager III to join our team in supporting a large US Government program within the National Capital Region. General Responsibilities: List of functions/support of activities in bulleted form Operations and Maintenance Tier II Support for IT Infrastructure across multiple networks and security domains Working knowledge of a Microsoft based IT Enterprise infrastructure and associated network hardware and software Security/Information Assurance response to potential Vulnerabilities related to IAVAs and OPDIRs Brief leadership on the health of systems, individual and/or enterprise Providing user support and guidance Recommending and implementing upgrades,

patches, new applications, and new equipment Update/Create documentation as needed (user guides, admin guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, quick reference guides) Set-up, configuration, and support of internal and external networks Create and implement router and switch configurations Troubleshooting network performance issues Setting up IP schemas for multi-tenant environments Configuring physical and virtual switching, routing, and firewall protocols, ports, and services Researches, evaluates, and recommends new computer network equipment and technologies Utilizes monitoring, performance analysis, network management, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems,

gauge network performance, and trace data and protocol activity Develops and executes contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outages Other duties as required Basic Qualifications: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in engineering facility/lab management with a MS/MA degree, nine (9) years of experience with a BS/BA degree, minimum of eleven (11) years of experience with an associate’s degree, and a minimum of thirteen (13) years of experience with a HS diploma.

Experience planning, directing, or coordinating operations and functionalities of virtual networks and environments Experience in managing DEVSECOPS environments for software product development, integration, testing, and deployment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or Business Administration.

Cloud certification (i. e. AWS, Google, Azure solution architect certifications) Experience in managing a team of systems administrators and environment managers Clearance Requirements: Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within the NCR Ability to travel within the NCR to visit various physical customer locations.

#LI-TH1 DDISAP The projected compensation range for this position is $118,300-$198,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
