systems and brands; 30 petabytes of disk storage; over 383 petabytes of tape storage; and over 1500 miles of network fiber. Will implement, operate, maintain, and enhance an on-premises Infrastructure as a Service Offering meeting local service levels according to NIST SP 800-145; Operate, maintaining, and enhance a self-service portal, automation tools, reporting tools and dashboards; reporting system capacity to system owners.

Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in a related IT or STEM field of study; 5 years work experience in equivalent IT career field. Minimum of 5 years of experience; capable of troubleshooting complex IT problems independently.
