Supports the development of cross functional or large-scale automated information systems to include enterprise architectures and conducting modeling and simulation of services and capabilities being developed.

Designs system architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements and provides for present and future cross functional requirements and interfaces Provides comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance Performs evaluation of system alternatives and backssment

of risks and costs Assist Government Architects in the development, maintenance, and documentation of ODS current and future architecture, ensuring alignment with GEA, NGA Strategy and CONOPs.

Guides architecture analysis to provide the government with data to support trade-offs between competing demands. Plan the design, development and provide administration for GEOINT data services and systems which are largely enterprise Geographic Information Systems. Provide guidance on architecture design to ensure enterprise implementation. Provide architectural support to software development efforts. Ensure scalable solutions for cloud implementation. Provide high level architecture design documentation.

Prepare efficient designs/Do DAF views, focused on utility for conveyance of architecture and workflows Identify relevant industry and NGA standards and apply them to create an open, cloud-based service centric architecture Convert project specifications and procedures to detailed logical flow charts. Interface with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Perform the full lifecycle of engineering support including but not limited to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability analysis, resiliency analysis, development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability analysis, and decommissioning.

Provide engineering support for requirements across the NSG and ASG. Lead the planning, documenting, analysis, and traceability of user requirements and architectures.
