We hope to meet you soon! DAY-TO-DAY The typical schedule for this landscaping position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with overtime seasonally on Saturdays. As a Landscape Team Lead, you play an essential role in ensuring jobs are done efficiently and effectively. Leading a two-person crew, you inspire them to take pride in their work and produce quality results.
Within the allotted time scheduled, you delegate tasks to your crew members including pruning bushes, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing lawns. To maintain an efficient operation, you fill out time and material sheets for projects.
