engineering in support of the research, development, production and fielding of scalable, secure, interoperable, sustainable, and survivable C5ISR, Information Operations (IO), and Enterprise Information Services (EIS) capabilities used by the USMC Intelligence focused Programs of Record (Po R).
The contract will include support for development of new C5ISR capabilities and maintenance and upgrades to existing legacy C5ISR and USMC Po R capabilities. These tasks will result in the integration of existing USMC hardware and software capabilities into a consolidated system baseline used by the USMC Fleet Marine Force (FMF). The System Integration Analyst will: Translate the clients business
requirements into specific systems, application or process designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture. Analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and may develop architecture baselines.
Assists with and leads development of integration, migration plans/ schedules. Qualifications Required Experience and Education: High school diploma. Six (6) years of experience. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Duties and Responsibilities: Specifying, building, maintaining, and supporting the various baselines within specified Programs of Record. Integrating software baselines for current systems and future state. Technical oversight of the design, development, testing and deployment of the software demonstration. Support systems engineering technical reviews. Collaborate
with software, hardware and test teams, and information technology infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of requisite power, compute, physical security, safety mechanisms, and environmental conditioning.
Collaborate with software and hardware teams to understand expected unit level and system level behavior to define use cases and define & develop test capabilities that exercise and stress respective software and hardware capabilities. Establish partnerships with program supporting industry partners Establish software architecture supporting the program Understanding the latest software and hardware engineering principles and practices, such as methods and challenges of integration.
Integrating computer programs. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and fourteen (14) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of Degree.
Required Clearance: Must have a Secret Security Clearance to begin employment; must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance to maintain employment. Required Skills: Five (5) years of experience in C4ISR related programs to include: Systems Analysis, Software Development and Integration, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements. Ten (10) years of technical experience in network, system architecture, and the interoperability of USMC intelligence system collection and analysis platform, development, testing, and implementation of requirements, specific product and systems.
Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Experience with integration and configuration of applications in a Linux, Cent OS, RHEL environment. Ability to load Operating Systems. Experience in creating and deploying applications. Experience with Kubernetes or other containerization background. Common Firmware Environment (CFE) experience. Matlab and Raptor X experience. Python, Java, and Golang experience.
Desired Skills: Systems and/or Software Engineering experience on a government software development contract. Experience with software development, installation, and integration activities. Experience in requirements management. Experience in CONOPS / OPSCON development. Experience in integration, and/or verification and validation. Experience in technical risk management.
