Our professional grounds team is responsible for 3 campuses during all 4 seasons of NH Outdoors. They play in the snow, rain, heat and spend a season picking up all the leaves. Along with some of the best benefits in the area, you would be paid according to your skill set and what you bring to the team.
Our team work just for our residents, we expect our grounds team to be professional and respectable. Our next Grounds person will have experience working in a team or independently. They will have EXPERIENCE with plowing and using walker mowers. This person should be eager to learn new things while excelling in what they bring to the table. This position is not for a beginner, we would
prefer someone with at least 2 years of professional grounds work, professional does not mean you cut your grandma's yard for the last 2 years. We also do not have room for people who think they will come in and be the boss, we have a supervisor and a foreman we kinda like them both.
Our crews often are driving on public roads going to and from our other campuses and must always be setting the standards. They must follow the state laws and company rules/policy. All of our grounds team must have clean criminal and driving records as well as pass a drug test. As Landscape Crew Leader you Lead and give direction to the crew at the job site. You ensure a safe and orderly job site that reflects the professionalism of our company. The work you do includes spring and fall clean-ups, garden installations, landscape maintenance, pruning, and hardscape installations. In all your interactions, you are knowledgeable and courteous. To maintain an efficient operation, you follow the guidelines of the Landscape Manager for each job. You accurately and completely record hours worked and materials used for each job and submit them to the landscape manager at the end of every day.

QUALIFICATIONS More than one year of landscape maintenance, garden construction, and hardscape installation experience Valid driver's license and a good driving record Current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days Ability to lift 80 lbs.
