Responsibilities to Anticipate: Participation on collaborative, cross-disciplined integrated product teams, often employing agile software development techniques and resources to plan, design, develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions.

Responsible for some or all of a Software product, contributing as a software team member and possibly instructing a small software team. Responsibilities span the full lifecycle of product development, from architecture and design, through integration, flight test, and field support. Qualifications/Experience Needed: The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued

security clearance is required. U. S. citizenship is required, as only U.

S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. 5+ years of work-related experience with Software Engineering, in particular with the skills listed. Experience with C, C++, Java, Android, or other relevant computer languages. Experience developing on Red Hat Linux or equivalent OS. Willingness to travel occasionally to support system integration and test, customer events, and related external activities. Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members, teammates, and disciplines. User interface design / implementation experience. Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Desired Skills: Current and Active Do D SECRET or higher clearance on day one of employment. Experience leading or working on an agile software team, SCRUM Master or similar. Experience with Git, Visual Studio Code, JIRA, Docker, Java, Android, C++. Experience with data adaption and multiple system integration. Experience with design, code, integration, and test of large systems.

Experience with some or all phases of software development: architecture, design, implementation, testing, and system integration. Master of Science degree (M. S. ) in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field.
