More than 40% of the time the incumbent will be in a plant environment. This will cause exposure to noise, dust, petroleum products, machinery, moving vehicles, electrical wiring, compressed air and/or hazardous materials. Experience Required: Proficient in engineering practices and procedures. Proficient with computer applications and related analytical systems. Proficient in all plant processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. Proficient in training and mentoring associate and mid-level engineers. Proficient in project management with minimal functional guidance.
