The responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Opening and closing work orders for all types of customers Scheduling transportation for any piece of equipment that needs to be moved to a branch and/or customer Answering the phone and providing customer service Research billing and invoicing questions and provide solutions. Assist with dispatching
service technicians. Assist with technician and office payroll. Cross train with other admin staff to provide back-up in all positions Various other office and service duties as assigned by Management Qualifications: Customer service experience is highly preferred.
Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers. Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability - Basic: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Retail Sales Manager/sales team as needed Create and distribute the four market sell sheets monthly to the salespeople as well as maintaining customer emails and send out email blasts to the four markets Email NH & ME Monthly Price Reports to suppliers as needed Email Program Calendars to suppliers as needed Work with salespeople/suppliers on sale pricing information for presentations.
Set up all deadlines and State Special Sale Calendar in Outlook for management Maintain customer database Convert the NHLC's Top 1200 Report into preferred format Quarterly Price Book: Generate and print the sales and public category versions of the price book and distribute as needed to office and warehouse Proofing Sales Program Calendar Put all printed materials away in warehouse Event participation (set-up and break down should be considered) Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Accuracy Positive attitude, ability to contribute in a team atmosphere.
