Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities & Requirements Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Check figures, postings, and documents
for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Strong administrative skills Demonstrated ability to utilize the primary programs within the Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications Experience in Quick Books software management and data entry A minimum of six months of experience as an administrative assistant or accounts clerk.
