Engagement Director to plan and run a variety of activities, like exercise programs, interesting sessions, art projects, trips, spiritual gatherings, and events with speakers and music.
Connect with residents personally, understanding what they like and need to make sure activities are enjoyable and meaningful. Help plan trips outside the community, organize details, and make sure residents are safe and happy. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some classes in recreation, gerontology, or related areas are a plus.

Organize things well and pay attention to details. Communicate effectively and be kind. Be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
