Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Maintenance and Grounds Lead or similar role.2. Strong knowledge of building maintenance and general repair techniques (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. ).3. Proficiency in landscaping techniques, including knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and pest control.4. Ability to lead and motivate a team, guiding them to achieve goals and ensuring high-quality work.5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.7.
