Job Summary: To help and physically assist in production and the shipping / handling departments as needed. Main duties include but not limited to are: working in the production department
assisting in the manufacturing of door units palletizing product and shipping preparation loading trucks unloading trucks pulling shelf items for orders Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift interior and exterior door unit's up to 100# consistently throughout a work shift Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging at times from 0° - 100° Must be able to be on your feet throughout the work shift of 8-10 hours Be able to work overtime, approximately 50 hours weekly or more Compensation and benefits Compensation An industry standard hourly wage structure is supplemented with a monthly bonus structure that is based on monthly profitability.
