The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong leadership skills to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of products through our facility. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management and Control: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing inventory. Collaborate with other teams to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Shipping & Receiving: Oversee and supervise the shipping and receiving teams, ensuring on-time and accurate handling of products. Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping and receiving

processes. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse. Receiving Inspection: Lead the receiving inspection process to verify the quality and accuracy of received products.

Collaborate with quality control and procurement teams to address any non-conformance issues promptly. Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to meet operational goals. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records

of inventory movements, shipping, and receiving activities.

Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement. Qualifications: High school diploma. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
