Position Summary: The ideal candidate for this position thrives working alone and needs no supervision. They prepare heating and air conditioning equipment for installation and assist with keeping the warehouse organized and efficient. Pay: Up to $20.00/hr. Job Responsibilities: Assist Warehouse Manager with fleet stock, tools, materials, supplies and equipment Lead Warehouse & Prep Work Promptly reports any problems with company vehicle or tools Prepare heating and cooling systems for installation and stage project orders for install teams Assist on Installs during peak times Load new equipment into installation trucks Deliver equipment, parts and materials to job sites as needed Assist on managing inventory Help drive install efficiency Collaborate with dispatch teams for deliveries and vendor runs Assist with keeping the warehouse clean and organized Complete
all required paperwork at the end of each shift Order materials and inventory control Prepare scrap materials Perform all duties per company's standard operating practices Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Must have a valid license and clean driving record Experience running CNC machines, braising condensers, coils, & gas piping for furnaces.
Able to safely pull trailers of various styles with precision and professionalism Can safely operate a forklift Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude with desire to learn more. Able to work successfully independently, self-starter Possesses effective communication Work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Lift 50lbs unassisted and safely Learn and safely use tools of the HVAC trade Willingness to self-study to learn HVAC terminology Punctuality & positive attitude NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
