Responsibilities : Make sales calls with the branch territory salespeople to promote assigned products as well as coach individual salespeople the best methods of communicating product solutions that address customer's material handling problems. : Assist in designing warehouse layouts for accounts when necessary.
: Provide training to the field sales force on product features, advantages, and benefits, along with competitive product information. : Work in close collaboration with the company's Branch Management to ensure proper procedures are being followed. : Assist Branch Sales Management in identifying specific targeted industry segments and target accounts. : Assist branch management
in recruiting, hiring, and training of Warehouse Solutions Specialist at branches within the region.Plan, conduct, and participate in sales meetings and initiate product review meetings with vendors representatives.
: Manage Warehouse Solutions Product lines and vendors along with the Company to provide a complete product portfolio for the branch sales team. : Develop and execute sales strategies with territory salespeople and managers in the region's branches. : Assist in the preparation of proposals as necessary. : May assist salespeople in quote presentation process. : Plan and assist in training of all Warehouse Solutions products to ensure sales force and Warehouse Solutions staff
has sufficient product knowledge. Qualifications : 2:4 years related experience: Associate degree (Business): Extensive travel (over 20): Extensive overnight stays (over 20): Job requires employee to drive a lift truck: Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business : 20 per week (more than 8 hours) and an MVR is required: Job may require employee to drive a company vehicle; job is non: DOT regulated and an MVR is required.
Preferred Qualifications Five years of prior experience in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Travel approximately 60:70 of the time. Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Lotus Notes).
Experience with Auto CAD. Experience with the Company. This region covers the following: St. Louis, Memphis, Evansville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Lexington.
