Moving of pallets; loading and unloading of semi-trailers Inventory Control Manually or mechanically
load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles. Weigh materials or products and record weight or other production data on tags or labels.
Operate or tend automatic stacking, loading, packaging, or cutting machines. Insight FS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Performs operational duties, manufactures feeds, delivers products, maintains inventory.
Responsible for housekeeping and repairs of the facility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for the manufacturing and handling of all feeds, insuring proper sequencing of products to produce the correct feeds. Assists with inventory and records of all feeds. Protects product from damage. Maintains proper inventory paperwork at the facility for deliveries and completes physical inventories as required. Monitors inventory
for current seasonal and daily needs. Maintains a record of each batch of feed produced to document a quality manufacturing program. Maintains records of all medicated feed additives as required by state law.
Responsible for keeping the Branch Manager informed of the need for major building and equipment repairs as well as recommendations for annual fixed asset purchases. Responsible for location housekeeping. Responsible for safe use of tools and equipment and appropriate use of personal protective equipment by all employees at the location and reporting unsafe conditions to the Location Manager. Responsible for delivery of products to customers. Schedules all major equipment repairs.
