Helps process orders including: Making filters to specifications, picking products to fulfill sales orders and packaging orders for delivery or pick up. Works with other team members to ensure customer's orders are filled efficiently, accurately and on time. Assists in receiving and checking in product, puts product away. Assists in processing UPS, FED Ex and Spee-dee shipments. Assist the Service team with installation of filters when needed. SUMMARY:
Knowledge of warehouse practices. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and allocate resources appropriately.
Ability to pay attention to details and retain information readily. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner with vendors, co-workers, and customers on a daily basis. Ability to prioritize and meet deadline, analyze information and implement strategies to achieve goals. Must take initiative and have good follow up skills. Ability to effectively function as a team player. Must have a valid diver's license with a good driving record. Must not be afraid of heights!
