Y International USA is currently looking for Leads in various departments, including - Shipping, Palletizing, Production, etc. The Warehouse Department Lead will play a vital role in our Operations team and will be responsible for ensuring accruacy and that efficiency needs are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, and willingness to be a lead a team to meet department
and company goals. Responsibilities: Manage all personnel in a department, ensure staff stay focused on tasks. Ensures all inventory is processed in and out of the system accurately and efficiently.
Ensurs safety policies are always practiced and enforced. Ensures all daily work orders are processed per company policy. Follows all written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for department. Notify management of any product damages and necessary equipment maintenance. Frequent lifting and moving of products weighing 50 lbs or more. Ensure equipment and the facility is clean, well maintained at all times. Skills/Qualifications: Ability to supervise a team of 1-6 persons Able to lift 50

Warehouse Associates are responsible for the daily processing of B2B and B2C orders, from inventory receipt to final outbound shipping. Current Available Shift is:1st shift Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Mandatory overtime occasionally to include earlier start time, later end time, and/or weekends.
Responsibilities & Requirements Complete fulfillment orders including receiving new merchandise, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Prepare for stock put away. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Able to clearly communicate (both verbal and written) Have a positive, " can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Must work safely throughout the day to ensure you
go home in the same shape you started the day. Physical Demands This position involves constant moving and standing. Involves standing/walking a minimum of two consecutive hours. Involves lifting up to 40 lbs.
