distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. Compensation $20.00 plus incentives - Up to $35/hour based on production Schedule Our 1st shift Warehouse Picker employees work 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday, and start at 9am until approximately 7pm.
They average 40-50 hours per week with time and a half for hours worked over 40. Responsibilities: Accurately locating and picking beer products for orders Building correct pallet orders with picked beer products Use voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products Drive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shift Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience
with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required 1st shift experience is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated Strong attention to detail and problem solving Qualifications: 1 year of order picking experience preferred Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting We offer a professional, safe and friendly work environment as well as a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay structure.
