supplies through the Agency. Principal duties/responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service. Greet customers/donors in a friendly manner at all times. Ensures warehouse and thrift store is maintained in a clean, orderly, and visually attractive manner in compliance with Six Sigma 5s policy.
Schedules and coordinates the truck activities. Drives the Spring's truck to destinations and picks up donated item. Unloads articles at warehouse location or a Spring facility as directed by management. Maintains truck log by completing the Inspection form weekly. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil , and water prior to leaving facility. Advise supervisor
if servicing is require. May perform Emergency Roadside repairs. Accept and sort donated items for survivor use, thrift sales, and bulk resale items incompliance with 5s.
Price merchandise. Perform Warehouse and Thrift store opening and closing procedures. Respond effectively to changing demands. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Problem solver. Carry merchandise into the stores and stocking shelves. Work harmoniously with staff, volunteers, and community partners. Check and respond to phone or email messages daily. Requires working on Tuesday - Saturdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours and days may be adjusted based on store and donor's needs. Ability/willingness to perform

Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Supervision Responsibility: Supervises volunteers. Educational and/or equivalence in experience requirements: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Previous work related skill, knowledge, and/or experience in sales/inventory/relationship management. Certification or licensing requirements: Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report is required. Requires 24-hour FCADV Core Competency training and additional 6-hours (30-hours total) to qualify for privilege status. Requires on-going 16-hours of Domestic Violence related training after the first year, including ongoing training specific to customer service and six-sigma protocols.
VIII. Physical Demands: Standing for an extended amount of time; including, but not limited to 6-8 hour time periods. Requires up to 100 lbs. to be lifted. Requires ability to push 100lbs. up a 45 degree angle. Walking, standing, using hands, stooping/kneeling, reaching, and push/pulling are required in the course of job duties each day. Noise level is high. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
