Participates in Operators evaluations and HR related actions. Coordinates forklift maintenance with vendors. Investigate, identify root causes and propose corrective actions in the case of a warehouse related customer complaint or internal hold. Coordinates with ACCT/Manager when facility repairs are needed.
Recommends and enforces warehouse safety requirements. Participate in Periodic Inventories and Cycle Counts as scheduled or required. Work with planning and purchasing to streamline inventory levels based on our needs.
Review all warehouse related paperwork (PAFs) before submission to Accounting. Coordinate and work on internal holds Actions and ensure submission of accurate paperwork. Safely and properly prepare parts for deliveries. Keep company vehicle clean and maintained Completes vehicle safety checks per Company policy and operates the vehicle within safety guidelines; immediately reports any safety concerns or Company Policy violations to management. Verify inventory with paperwork. Load and unload part orders. Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming parts. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable). Maintains professional and
technical knowledge by attending meetings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
