Please apply today! 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6a-2p Responsibilities: Training (50-75%) Assists Training Supervisor in all necessary tasks to provide associates with an understanding of safety protocols and company regulations.
Conduct training needs backssments and oversee the training function as directed by the Training Supervisor. Assist the Training Supervisor to develop, compose and compile training materials and other training aids such as equipment and visual aids Provide guidance and mentoring for the Training Assistant I and Training Assistant II Coordinate efforts
to ensure the full utilization of all site training facilities, processes, resources, and equipment. Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Motivates and develops team members Resolve and respond to training issues and questions from leaders and associates on the application and interpretation of processes and company policies. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of distribution center operations, receiving, shipping, pick/pack, forklift operation and be cross trained in all areas 2 years of experience in training/associate relations Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, training audits and procedure manuals Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Google Suite.
