Responsible for the training of new team members in base labor job duties and ensures proper technique in sorting, trimming, inspecting, and reworking as outlined by company procedure. Leads all base labors in daily safety huddles and Ergofit activities. Serves as an Ergofit champion for the base labor work group and attends Ergofit meetings as scheduled.
