Duties and Responsibilities: Perform animal examinations to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries Treat sick or injured animals
by providing appropriate care Perform and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests Administer anesthetics, perform surgeries, monitor patients during surgery and recovery with the assistance of the technical team Follow and create discharge & treatment plan guidelines for patients Communicate updates with clients via phone, email, and/or chat service Educate pet owners about animal care, prevention, and disease Humanely euthanize animals when it has been mutually agreed upon by the patient’s owner Maintain accurate medical records for all patients Qualifications and Skills: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school Valid state veterinary license Must have
