The Operations Project Engineer will also be responsible for: a) comparing the proposed cost and content of material (may include simulated material part numbers/content) with the actual executable cost
and content then b) interfacing with Subcontract personnel and the Program Office to resolve differences when comparing the two to. c) develop a valid estimate for the cost of the actual executable material content.
The Operations Project Engineer will primarily support MPMs at the Manassas facility. However, several of the tasks mentioned above also required limited support of MPMs at partnering Lockheed facilities generally executed virtually but with occasional requirements to travel for collaborative meetings.
