As one of our Lead Engineers, you will direct a multi-disciplinary team of engineers in developing and implementing a systems engineering approach to requirements definition, architecture and interface definition that will support current and future hardware and software baselines for new designs, modifications, and upgrades.
You will provide engineering leadership in performing technical analysis, trade studies, research, and development to lead system definition and realization activities, resolve issues, and make recommendations regarding enhanced capabilities. The ideal candidate for this position will have equal parts technical competency, forward-thinking ideas,
and a focus on execution. Candidates should have a strong background in requirements development/management, development of operational concepts and system architecture.
As the Systems Engineering/Architecture Lead you can expect to perform the following: • Develop and maintain systems engineering-related documentation including: • Requirements documents • Hardware Baseline Roadmaps • System and subsystem design documents • Interface Control Documents such as End to Ends/Source Control Drawings • Interpret/Derive/Translate customer requirements into next system Hardware and Software designs. • Prepare for and conduct milestone reviews including Intermediate Design Reviews to Final Design
Reviews • Collaborate with customers for GFE/GFI. • Support AGILE process-based development including architecture and engineering spikes to evaluate and provide technical solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all commercial refrigeration systems in our supermarkets. This position will also be responsible for oversight, follow through and coordination where necessary with external equipment contractors/vendors.
What will I do?
