Essential Functions: • Answer all incoming phone calls from customers • Schedule and coordinate service calls as received• Create dispatch tickets and work orders for all service calls • Schedule and dispatch technicians • Educate technicians on all services for maintenance calls based on customers' needs • Maintain the dispatch board/schedule all technicians • Forecast workload for 2-3 days out • Contact all customers with " Parts Pending" status as parts are received for scheduling • Follow up with
all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log • Maintain the maintenance agreement including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, customer hard files, and renewals • Assist the Service Manager with any marketing needs and provide mailings to send out to customers • Assist with ordering any parts needed for technicians • Update customer service records • Prepare the service contracts for new customers • Follow company processes and procedures • Prepare paperwork for all manufacturing warranty parts • Update service software for every service ticket • Assist with any additional customer service or administrative-related tasks REQUIREMENTS:

You will support local Manufacturing Plasma Operations receiving physical and electronic plasma shipments and provide leadership to enhance performance of department taking charge in the absence of the supervisor and cross training and assisting the back up clerks.
You will report to the Manager, Manufacturing Supply Chain. How you will contribute: Direct carrier drivers upon reporting and assign trailers scheduled to be unloaded or loaded at specific times through warehouse management systems. Assist supervisor
in resolving discrepancies between production and warehouse concerning inventory counts and other problems encountered. Resolve discrepancies between shipper's packing list and quantities received before being entered into warehouse management system.
Prepare all documents and physical assignments necessary for shift to perform daily and notify logistics department of equipment shortages. Complete bill of lading, packing list, seal assignment, and bar code assignments for each order. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations, and departmental procedures. Main responsibility is the Automated and Manual Disposition of plasma units
based on the teardown schedule. Help Staging of Disposition plasma to be delivered to production.
Segregate questionable plasma units found in any area of the +5 -C area and -20 -C area to be process as " On Hold" or " Quarantine" status. Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts and pallet-jack) Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines and operate in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and MSDS and keep an updated record of training, including revisions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and other training required in the department. Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion.
Participate in departmental projects, continuous improvement and any quality working teams What you bring to Takeda: Typically requires high school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of experience or associates' degree or higher and 1+ years of related work experience. 3-5 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience. 2 years of stand-up forklift experience. Proficient in warehouse management systems and PC environments. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas. Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment. Work in a cold, wet environment. Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours. Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection. Must be able to lift 10-50lbs. Must be able to work overtime as required.
