role in overseeing and maintaining the administrative functions in the management of a company's fleet of assets. This role is responsible for supporting the Fleet Manager in day to day running of the fleet and assets, undertaking various administrative tasks led by management instruction and ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions Maintain, update, and audit USS asset inventory for accuracy Coordinate and manage asset moves and transfers Collaborate with each stakeholder to ensure asset needs are met or exceeded Educate and train on USS Fleet policies Maintain centralized repository of Fleet SOP's and knowledge database Ensure data accuracy,
integrity, and security Oversee fuel card and wet hose fueling programs Process tolls, violations, and permits as required Assist with Fleet compliance tasks such as titles, registrations, and DOT documentation Participate in and assist with process improvement initiatives Miscellaneous administrative functions as assigned Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
