to advance their career with an innovative leader in its high growth space. What You'll Do: Drive growth in revenue and margins Farm! Develop lasting relationships with key client executives to develop a pipeline of new business within the Distribution sector by using your experience and expertise to retain and grow key clients through the introduction of new products and services from Dialexa/IBM.

Represent Dialexa and partner with our clients to identify issues & opportunities, understand their constraints, and define creative solutions with compelling value propositions that differentiate Dialexa and add value to each client's business. Use your experience and expertise in the Industrial

sector to assist with prospecting and directional selling through: intellectual property creation, contributions to email/social media/other campaigns; participation in marketing and sales events; the development of business partnerships; professional networking; and other lead-generation activities.

Manage a portfolio of clients Own the creation and execution of annual and quarterly account plans that position Dialexa as the go-to partner for each client's Digital Product Engineering needs. Set and deliver on revenue and profitability targets. Use Salesforce-Dialexa's system of record and single source of truth for opportunity account, contact and opportunity management-to ensure alignment with Dialexa's sales methodology and provide transparency into your pipeline, contacts, and activities.

Monitor execution so bookings translate into revenue, income and referenceable clients Lead Dialexa's most challenging client facing engagements Work with delivery leads to ensure attainment. Develop and execute overall client engagement strategy, structure and approach working closely with Dialexa's leadership team and the delivery teams servicing each client. Ensure Dialexa delivers an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of previous account management experience in a technology services company, ideally including the sale of custom software development and/or Digital Product Engineering services in the Distribution sector.

5+ years of proven success applying your experience in, and knowledge of, the Industrial sector, including its: vocabulary; participants/competitors; trends; value drivers; issues; opportunities; and constraints to propose compelling digital solutions that result in seven-figure to multi-million dollar services bookings. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business leaders.

A track record of " exceeding expectations" in account planning, retention and growth. An expert in the world of technology delivery with proven success leading the delivery of large scale digital transformation and technology engagements. Experience partnering with prospective clients to solve their complex business and technology challenges in the context of their constraints. A history of serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients. Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, customer service collaboration and team-building skills.

A person with situational awareness and the ability to adapt their capabilities and approach as required. Strong communication skills, including presenting on general and industry-specific topics across the Distribution industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
