to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities Coach, mentor, and develop Maintenance leadership staff Coordinate production equipment and facility maintenance activities, including capital projects, to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness Ensure adherence to people safety and risk management regulations and procedures Champion GE improvement initiatives and equipment reliability improvement plans Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Prioritize food safety systems and procedures in daily decision making Collaborate with various stakeholders including Government Authorities Enforcement Agencies, Professional Associations, Business Schools/University, etc.

Qualifications: Engineering degree / Similar Discipline At least 5 years' experience in a similar Maintenance Leadership role Previous experience with Proactive Maintenance and other TPM or related Integrated Lean Six Sigma reliability programs is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret drawings, technical manuals, specifications, and regulations Keen business acumen and a solid understanding of maintenance costs Hands-on leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of empowering, developing & motivating teams Effective problem resolution skills with a focus on the bigger picture Ability to engage with Government Authorities Enforcement Agencies, Professional Associations, Business Schools/University, etc.
